Our soft play is white & grey, allowing our soft play to fit into any party theme you might be running with. Available in the Hills District, Penrith, Blacktown & Hawkesbury regions. Outside of this, please email to enquire. Available for corporate & private requests. Please note, the package pricing excludes the $200 holding bond, which is transferred back to you after pickup of the soft-play at the conclusion of the party. WHAT'S INCLUDED: 1. A four hour package (we can customise a package if you wish for more time) 3. All pricing includes delivery, set up as well as pack away and pick up. WHAT SHOULD I KNOW? 1. We arrive approx 90 mins before your booked time to set up & prepare. 2. You will need a minimum area of 5 x 7m and a relatively flat surface. 3. Access Requirements: flat, level access required, with a minimum access width of 1.5m to allow wheeling the soft play through via trolley. Additionally, if you have more than 5 stairs required to access the area, please contact us prior to booking as there may be a small additional charge. 4. $200 holding deposit to book in your date and held as a bond for the hire period. This deposit is seperate to the package amount and will be refunded upon pick up of soft play. In the event the party is cancelled, the $200 holding deposit is refundable. 5. Strictly no face paint, shoes, cake/icing & items that colour transfer onto the soft play. Please note, no refund will be made if soft play is damaged and you may be liable for additional costs if damage occurs. Important info: A total of $300 ($100 non-refundable deposit + $200 holding bond) is due upon booking to secure your date & remaining balance due no later than 7 days before the event. Once your party date has been booked, we are unable to reschedule the date (time changes don't incur any charges subject to availability). See full T&Cs.
